OpenCV Installation

Mac:

The installation for Mac computers is usually painless! We recommend OpenCV 2, but there are ways to get OpenCV 3 working (it's just a lot of extra fiddling).

Windows:

Windows installations are slightly trickier. We recommend strictly OpenCV 2 (there exists a super shady installation process for 3, but it does some weird stuff and hasn't worked for anyone yet).
